Eurovision
I'm Currently watching Eurovision Song contest and I'm pleased to see it's up to the usual standard of being complete cheesey drivel.
Cyber Bullying
I went to school back in the 70s and 80s before the idea of Cyber Bullying ever existed, however bullying itself has been around since the dawn of time and using computers to commit cyber bullying is today's modern version. I hope you find this advice helpful

Nothing To Blog About
I have no idea as to what to blog about, nothing, nada, zilch and diddly squat, got nothing to say about anything so I thought I'd write a blog post about the fact that I've got nothing to say in a blog post.
Doing a search reveals that there are a lot of blog websites out there that just talk rubbish for the sake of posting a daily blog and to keep their blogs active. So I thought I would keep up the tradition with this post.
I quite liked the picture of the Elephant from www.pixabay.com so I thought I would include it as the main image for this post.
I went for a walk earlier today, down round and back up again and absolutely nothing interesting happened at all. Since then, I've watched television, fell asleep, had food, watched more TV and now I'm typing this pointless blog post.

Raspberry Pi

If you don't want to use your main computer for learning to program, then there's the brilliant Raspberry Pi. Its a small computer that only costs about £30 pounds and can be connected to a normal HDMI capable TV and a standard USB mouse and keyboard. It runs linux from a memory card and uses Python as the default programming language.

Getting Started in Learning How to Program
Picture from Pixabay |
The first thing you need to get started is a good programming language environment and thankfully Microsoft have produced a free version of their Visual Studio tools that can be downloaded from the official Microsoft site HERE - The advantage of using Microsoft tools to learn how to program is that they are used worldwide to produce almost every single program that you can possibly think of that runs on Windows - learning to program on these tools means that you've not just learnt programming, you've also learnt how to use a real tool used by real professional programmers.
C# - pronounced C sharp - is a good choice in learning to program as it provides quick results and is similar to other languages such as C++ and Java.

Weather In May
Blimey! another warm sunny day in May! What is the world coming to?
If you don't know what to write about in a blog then there's always that good old British fail-safe of talking nonsense about the weather.
A downside to this good weather is the onset of Hayfever, runny noses and itchy eyes all over the place.
